CONM

Computer Oriented Numerical Methods is a branch of applied mathematics that focuses on designing and implementing numerical algorithms to solve mathematical problems using computers. Many real-world problems in science, engineering, economics, and research are too complex to be solved analytically. In such cases, numerical methods provide approximate solutions with a high degree of accuracy. It is a set of mathematical techniques and algorithms designed to obtain approximate numerical solutions to mathematical problems using computers, especially when analytical or exact solutions are difficult or impossible to find.
